2. In short

The Lozooo app does not collect personal data. There is no account, no analytics or tracking, no ads and no server of ours that the app sends data to.

3. Camera, microphone and photos

Lozooo uses the camera to film your moment and the microphone to measure loudness (dB) while you record. Photo library access is only used to save finished videos and, if you choose, to import a clip. All access requires your permission in iOS and can be revoked anytime in Settings › Lozooo.

Videos, audio and measurements are processed and stored only on your device. They are never sent to us or to third parties.

4. Sharing

When you share a video, Lozooo uses the iOS share sheet. The video goes directly to the app or person you pick (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp). Their privacy policies apply from there.

5. App Store and crash reports

Downloads and updates are handled by Apple's App Store under Apple's privacy policy. If you enabled "Share with App Developers" in iOS, Apple provides us with anonymised crash and usage statistics that do not identify you.

6. Website

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Vercel processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page, browser) in server logs to deliver and secure the site, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The site uses no cookies, external fonts or trackers.

7. Email

If you email us, we process your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). Mail to @lozooo.app is forwarded via Cloudflare Inc. (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) to our Google mailbox. We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact hello@lozooo.app. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

9. Children

Lozooo is not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

If the app changes, we will update this policy. The version published here applies.
